AHAT (Al Holol Al Thakeya) is an Omani SME founded in 2021 under the Al Barami Group. We are an MTCIT-accredited Security Assessment Service Provider, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and hold an active TRA Telecom Services Licence (No. 498/2025). Headquartered in Muscat with active operations in Dubai since 2025, AHAT delivers cybersecurity, cloud, connectivity, ICT infrastructure, and technology-innovation services to government, banking, education, energy, and manufacturing clients across Oman, the UAE, and the wider GCC.

Founded in 2021 under the Al Barami Group, AHAT has grown from a managed ICT provider into a five-service-line technology firm serving enterprise and government clients across Oman, the UAE, and the wider GCC. The timeline below maps our key milestones — from the launch of our in-house Managed SOC in 2023 to the issuance of TRA Telecom Services Licence No. 498/2025 and our UAE expansion the same year.

AHAT is a Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT)–accredited Security Assessment Service Provider, ISO 27001 certified for information security management, and a certified supplier under the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS). Additionally, AHAT holds an Excellent Grade classification from the Oman Tender Board.
In addition, AHAT holds an active TRA license (No. 498/2025) to execute telecom services in Oman, including system integration, IT/telecom project management, managed services, and application development.
Our operations are fully aligned with Oman’s Vision 2040, emphasizing innovation, local expertise, and national digital enablement through strategic partnerships.
